Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all users of the VisualFit platform. By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

VisualFit is a B2B SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to display clothing products on AI-generated synthetic mannequins and produce marketplace-ready garment visuals. Services include garment visualization, synthetic mannequin creation, multi-angle generation, and marketplace-ready output preparation. VisualFit is a product developed and operated by Mg Bilişim.

3. Account and Security

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for account security; do not share your password.
• Report any suspicious activity without delay.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters, contain 1 uppercase letter and 1 digit.

4. Credit System and Payment

• The platform operates on a credit basis; each action consumes a defined number of credits.
• New users receive 50 free credits and 1 free model slot each for female and male.
• Credit packages and subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for all payment transactions; your payment is technically made to Dodo Payments and Dodo Payments issues your invoice. VisualFit is Dodo Payments' authorized supplier.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• Credits are not deducted on failed transactions.

5. Refund and Cancellation

• Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record, evaluates refund requests at its own discretion within 14 days of the transaction date for one-time purchases, and within 14 days of the last renewal date for subscriptions.
• The right of withdrawal may be restricted after digital content service has been delivered (credits used).
• Refund requests for unused credit packages may be considered within the legal framework.
• Subscription cancellation does not stop access until the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

• Rights to images you upload to the platform belong to you.
• You may use generated outputs in your own commercial workflow.
• Platform software, design, and brand elements belong to VisualFit.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts
• Using the platform for spam, bots, or abuse
• Attempting to reverse-engineer API or system behavior without authorization

8. Content Standards and Moderation

• VisualFit is a B2B garment visualization platform. All AI-generated outputs are synthetic product photography of clothing items displayed on AI-generated mannequins.
• The platform does not generate real human faces, perform identity manipulation, or create deepfake content of any kind. All mannequin figures are fully synthetic and software-generated.
• Users may only upload garments and clothing items they own, sell, or have the legal rights to represent.
• All generated outputs are restricted to legitimate e-commerce, catalog production, and fashion marketing use cases.
• VisualFit reviews usage patterns and reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts found in violation of these content standards.
• By using the platform, you confirm that you will not attempt to generate, manipulate, or distribute content that depicts real individuals without their consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided as-is; no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
• The quality of AI outputs is not guaranteed in every scenario.
• Liability for indirect damages arising from third-party service interruptions may be limited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Good-faith resolution methods are sought first for disputes. In unresolved cases, the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.
