Refund Policy

1. General Principles and Dodo Payments MoR Status

VisualFit provides digital services. All payment transactions are completed through the Dodo Payments infrastructure. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all sales; therefore, your purchase is legally made with Dodo Payments and refund processes are managed by Dodo Payments. VisualFit is Dodo Payments' authorized Supplier.

2. Dodo Payments' 14-Day Statutory Refund Right

Within the framework of legal obligations arising from Dodo Payments' Merchant of Record status:

• One-time credit package purchases: You may submit a refund request to Dodo Payments within 14 days of the transaction date. Dodo Payments evaluates this request at its own discretion.
• Subscriptions: Refund requests made within 14 days of the last renewal date may be evaluated by Dodo Payments.
• The right of withdrawal may be restricted after the service has commenced (after credits are used).

3. Situations Covered by Refund

• Refund requests for unused credit packages can be opened within the 14-day period.
• Payments suspected of error or potential fraud may be cancelled after review.
• Situations where delivery failed due to a technical error are evaluated together with billing records.

4. Situations Not Covered by Refund

• The amount of credits used after service delivery has commenced may be excluded from the refund scope.
• Repeated or inappropriate transaction requests due to user error may be rejected.
• Refunds may not apply to legally restricted digital content items.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, renewal stops, but service access continues until the active period ends. You can use the Billing page in your account to cancel.

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

• Refund requests should primarily be submitted through the dashboard → Billing screen.

• Requests are evaluated as quickly as possible together with transaction records.
